Okay. And I get that Amazon does this as part of the Prime membership... but just how long do you think Amazon will keep it up?
Since a customer who uses this costs Amazon more than the cost of the Prime membership, either one of two things will happen here:
1) Amazon will drop the program after deciding the the Kindle has had sufficient promotion.
2) Amazon will raise the price of the Prime membership.
