Have a problem with Leopard? Don't like the new dock? Have an idea for a new feature or setting that would make your life easier?
Let Apple know about it.
One page that's on Apple's site that often hard to find is the Feedback page, especially if you don't know that it exists.
So here's the link: http://www.apple.com/feedback/.
Here you can provide feedback not only for OS X or Leopard, but also for almost any of Apple's software or hardware products, from the AirPort to the XSan.
Please note that this is for FEEDBACK only, not support. To quote, "We read all feedback carefully, but please note that we cannot respond to the comments you submit."
So contribute. And be polite. Screaming or SHOUTING or using #&$*!! profanity is probably the best possible way to get your dazzling new idea for a feature sent straight to that bit-bucket in the sky.
If nothing else, it's a great way to at least pretend that your ideas are being heard by the right people behind the scenes. And I've had a couple of mine make their way into production, so they may be listening at that.
You'll never know, unless you try.
